Meridian Tax Group is a Florida limited liability company. Our CPAs are licensed by the Florida Board of Accountancy. License numbers are available on request.
Circular 230
Pursuant to U.S. Treasury Department Circular 230, any tax advice contained in this site or in any communication from Meridian is not intended or written to be used, and cannot be used by any taxpayer, for the purpose of avoiding tax penalties that may be imposed under the Internal Revenue Code.
Independence & conflicts
We do not accept commissions from product vendors, lenders, or insurance carriers. Fees come exclusively from clients. Any potential conflict is disclosed in writing before engagement.
Audit & peer review
Our practice is enrolled in the AICPA Peer Review Program. The most recent peer review report is available on request.
Complaints
Concerns should be directed in writing to partners@meridian.tax for partner-level review. Unresolved concerns may be filed with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
